Penguins on carnival
You will be wondering what penguins have to do with carnival? A simple explanation can be given.
While penguins are so popular, several carnival groups have used them as theme for their wagon and costumes.
The parades took place in different places in the Netherlands on February 2004 and 2005.
All pictures made and copyrighted by them.
The group "Family Penguin" in Roermond (NL - 2004).
They used the
penguinsong for music and made a large penguin to put on their car.
And of course they were dressed as penguins.
